There are various production technologies for the manufacturing of prestressed track and turnout sleepers as well as bi-block sleepers.

All these production processes can be justified. m-consult GmbH check as to sleeper design, production quantities, resources, space and the investment means available. In doing so we go into everything from the concrete mixing plant to the entire machining equipment, moulds, cranes, vehicles required and internal works transport equipment, and through to tooling.
 
Only after checking these and many other details will we recommend the production process suitable for the production of concrete sleepers and create budget proposals which are specific to the customer and his project.
